In icy conditions, the safest route to school is generally up the hill from the Ockley Road (Ewhurst/Forest Green) and it is not advised that you come across from Peaslake or up from Holmbury St Mary.

Please take care on the Forest Green section of the Ockley Road. The section past the house on the corner can be a black ice zone, so proceed with caution.
